Why are there no active moderators or admins in Lounge? It is constantly filled with spammers, and there are frequent instances of inappropriate discussions, including interfaith conflicts and pedophilic conversations. Aren’t such discussions against the site’s rules?
Moreover, some users are being banned without any clear or reasonable explanation, sometimes even for minor or unintentional mistakes. At the same time, users who repeatedly spam, provoke others, or engage in clearly inappropriate conversations seem to face little or no action.
If the rules apply to everyone, they should be enforced consistently and fairly. Please increase active moderation in Lounge and take appropriate action against users who repeatedly violate the rules or are deliberately spoiling the chat environment. The current lack of moderation is making the Lounge unpleasant and unsafe for regular users.
