Welll, it does make me feel like im a weak person. I have stopped the quitting drama for now. Idk. Im working on improving my sleep right now. Maybe then i revisit my attempt to quit smoking

Quit when you want to and yes, you can quit all by yourself.
Maybe even give yourself a little punishment every time you smoke. No phone for an hour or pinch your balls 10 times.
