Got Banned and the message shows ToU Violation

I was in a private chat when suddenly I was logged out and the screen shows Banned due to ToU Violation. I don't know what went wrong in the chat and I cannot access my account now. I have tried all the possible ways. Please unban me I wasn't doing anything in the chat.
