The numbers don't look good. I thought you'd do better. Have you tried chewing gum or talking to a friend when you get the urge?

Good luck on your journey, and I hope you do better tomorrow.
Ive completely given up on myself brother.
I need divine intervention.

You know what i thought of: ciggy-piggy, instead of writing how many i am smoking. Ill keep adding the price of the cigarettes i thought of smoking and didnt smoke, like for example reached the shop and turned a blind eye and add it to to my ciggy piggy (like a piggy bank), current balance: rs. 120;
And everytime i smoke a cigarette- again like right now, not only will i be paying for the ciggy, but also deducting and equal amount from my ciggy-piggy.
Means updated balance: Rs. 95
Seems damn fun, ngl; math with life.

Made a mistake. This is incentivising my smoking. It should be the reverse. If i think, it is one, if i actually smoke then 2x which makes every ciggy 3times the price. A real deturrent.
So from 120 instead of 95 , it would climb upto 170 [instead of a minus 25, it adds 50 to the total]
And i have further spent 72 rs, which further bumps up the ciggy piggy by 144 to a total of rs 314.

Everytime i think and not smoke, one ciggy price is added, everytime i buy, 2x the price is added making each cigarette 3 times the actual price. This scheme looks like a winner.

Ciggy-piggy wallet balance: rs. 314.
